I know a lot of people like MBT’s, the shoes that supposedly reduce cellulite. Well, if you’re looking for a shoe that works better during the summer months and could potentially be worn to work (I said potentially, depending on your office), FitFlops are for you. Developed by Marcia Killgore, the founder of Bliss Spas, the “flip flop with a gym built in” is apparently selling out all over the country. A specially designed midsole will “extend the amount of time slow twitch muscles–which convert fat to energy–are engaged during each step by approximately 10-12%.” This, along with increasing gluteal muscle response, helps minimize cellulite. What do you think? Would you wear this flipflop?
I really like these. I have to walk around anyway, so why not wear a shoe that looks stylish and comfortable “with a gym built in”?
Has anyone heard of RYN Footwear that is really big in Europe right now? http://www.rynshoes.co.uk … It looks similar to MBT but claims to have better stability and energy return. Plus more style! Does anyone know where I can you buy RYN Footwear in the United States?
