Mornings are not the best time for me. After waking up at 5:30 a.m. for yoga, I’m usually ready for a nap by 7:30 a.m.—which is when I should be blow drying my hair, applying two coats of Yves Saint Laurent mascara, and changing outfits approximately four times. So when I heard about the beGlammed iPhone app, which just started offering hair and beauty services in Dallas (it’s already available in Los Angeles and Las Vegas), I wondered if my mornings were about to get a whole lot easier. Local Designer Lela Rose Makes Football Helmet for NFL Auction

For those of us who aren’t NFL fans, the Super Bowl is basically a time to chow down and chill out while watching commercials and the half time show (all praise Queen Bey). But this year, you can add fashion to that list thanks to the Council of Fashion Designers of America and Bloomingdales. They’ve teamed up with the National Football League foundation for a one-of-a-kind line of customized football helmets designed by the likes of Danijo, Nicole Miller, Rag & Bone, Pamela Love, and Dallasite Lela Rose.
