When Super Yoga Palace hosts Twitter Sundays, it does. Owner Jessica Jordan heads up this weekly free yoga class each weekend at 1 pm. Follow @superyogapalace, who will Tweet the location and then hurry your buns over to catch a complimentary workout with Jessica instructing, live music, and a post-Down Dog brunch. Each event will vary based on location and “which cafes or bakeries we can connect with,” according to SYP. Take last Sunday, for example.
