Shirin Askari, local designer and Project Runway contestant, has launched her spring 2014 collection. It’s been a little quiet on the Shirin front for about a year, so I’m thrilled to see our pint-sized designer cranking out some threads again. Spring 2014 is uncomplicated, flowy, and comes in all the bright shades loved by the girls of summer. High-low hemlines, sheer layers, and kimono sleeves repeat throughout the collection. Request Shirin Askari’s new pieces in a delivery box from Front Door Fashion or set an appointment with a stylist in their studio boutique Design District.
