A couple sad things have happened in Victory Park. A few amazing things have happened in Victory Park. Like Chad Rookstool and partners opening his namesake salon. The new space, equipped with classic-meets-contemporary stations, boasts not only Chad’s 17 years of experience, but a team of talented stylists, including Jason Hull, the star of this story, and admittedly, my best friend’s husband.
