Today’s giveaway: two Camp Gladiator bootcamp sessions to the upcoming August 6 – September 1 session
This fitness program is made up four weeks sessions packed with intense, one-hour classes that utilize dumbbells, your own resistance, interval training, sprint and agility drills, stations, a mix cardio, and more for a guaranteed full-body workout. Locations are spread all over Dallas Fort Worth and classes run from 5:30 am to 7:15 pm. (Full schedule here.) Instructors are friendly, workouts are scary good, and the camaraderie among campers makes the time fly by. All fitness levels are welcome. What you’ll need: yoga mat, dumbbell weights, water, a towel, and the will to survive. (Kidding on that last part–sort of.)
