We’ve Got Festive St. Patty’s Polishes to Give Away from SpaRitual

Remember when I told you V Spa had some St. Patrick’s-inspired treatments? Well, I fell in love the SpaRitual “Optical Illusion” polish they suggested. (See right.) I contacted the PR department for SpaRitual, and guess what? They’re sending 12 bottles to give away just in time for the green holiday! Now, I must warn you, this color’s first coat can go on as a baby poo green. (For those of you who have been reading ShopTalk for a long time, though, you know I love pretty, ugly polish colors, though.) But give it a few extra swipes, and you’ll get a murky, muddy green with a holographic shimmer. I love it. Megan at “A Polish Problem” describes it best. To get a deeper, greener color, do what “Acetone and Old Lacquer” suggests and layer it over a more solid green. You’ll love the final effect.

    Hi Raya! Thanks for posting. How cool that SpaRitual gave you a dozen polishes? Had to laugh at your description of the “pretty, ugly” polish colors. I bet you like “pretty, ugly” dogs, too. So ugly they are adorable!

    @Susan, I totally do! Growing up we would go to the pound and pick out the “ugliest” dogs and bring them home. :)
