A local had to have done the dirty work, rounding up this edited selection of shops for Lucky Magazine. We’re not mad, though. It’s well done. (Click the image to blow it up.) Dolly Python, Grange Hall, Forty Five Ten, The Shining, and Cabana… they’re all on our D Best list. But the following are definitely missing: The Gypsy Wagon, Nest, and maybe even Talulah Belle.

Agreed that the omission of Nest is a big miss, but it’s impressive that they got We Are 1976. Maybe the focus on clothing accounts for no Nest. If only DOMINO magazine were still around for furnishing and accessories.
‘Just Add Jeans’ in the Bishop Arts district is pretty new and pretty incredible. Just sayin’…
@DesignBoy I’m with you. Wish they had highlighted something from Bishop Arts, too. I’m a huge fan of Fete-ish and Bishop Street Market.

I was excited to see the listing but I felt they missed several great spots in the Dallas area. But Lucky does normally do a great job covering the DFW area w features
