Want It vs. Flaunt It: Corset Ballerina Dress

Corseted tops mixed with flowy skirts are in. I love it. The model in our photo, left, is wearing a piece from Giles’ spring 2010 ready-to-wear collection, which featured a handful of the modern-rock-and-roll-ballerina looks. Want a piece of the British designer? Expect to pay in the thousands. Want an affordable version? You’re in luck! Krimson & Klover’s got the dress, right of the model, for $209 from Wink. My cell camera is no Nikon, sorry, but I can promise you the top is corset-y. Plus, the back features an exposed zipper (see after the jump), which adds an edgy feel to the flowy skirt. Necklaces not included.
