ShopTalk Contest: Name a Nail Polish for Polished

Our good pal Court Westcott at Polished in Plano sent me a message today, asking me if we wanted to do a nail polish-naming contest on ShopTalk. And of course I said yes! I know you’ve often wondered how fun it would be, and now’s your chance. Hey, Court. Maybe the lucky winner could win a gift certificate for a Sparkling Duo? Just a thought. “Dallasite”
A subtle pink with just a hint of gold, just a shimmer, not glittery.

The Polish name can be for any color, each season we release 10 new colors, this color name will be for our fall release.
We have a few names we want to enter as well.

I love the Dallas-y ones. Maybe “Dallas Doll,” a sheer, baby pink, or “Texas Honey” (a gold color). Of course, I love the D Beauty idea. Sounds like a red to me.

These are my favs, though:
Plano Plum (love plum in fall)
Dallasite (like the sound of this pink color!)
Dallas Darling (could be any color! neutrals, sheer pinks, reds…)
Turtle Creek Green (love green polish)
D Scene (this has to be a dark color, right?! or red)
Dallas Star (maybe a midnight blue)
