Gotta love yoga!

I started yoga a couple of weeks ago with my husband and my friend Susie. We have been attending Bishop Arts Yoga, and we love it! The studio is small and welcoming. Instructor Steven Grillo is knowledgeable and helpful. He doesn’t even get angry that I can’t do tree without falling over or that I have the attention span of a goldfish.
