Hey, Sarah. I’ve tried the MBT shoes, and while I could definitely tell a difference in my legs while I walked–there is something about the rounded bottoms that makes you work a little harder to stay balanced, so you truly feel like you are getting a good workout–the sneakers tore up my ankles! I had the worst blisters! I kept thinking (praying?) I would break them in, but I never did, so I can’t say that my cellulite was reduced, although with enough exercise of any form, you’re going to reduce the cellulite on your legs. (Funny how that works.) I would definitely try those FitFlops, because without a back, they can’t give me blisters! I would really love a pair to wear while I hit the pavement in New York for Bridal Market in October.
I’ve sported the FitFlops all summer in lieu of my fav, Reefs. I must say, they are SO much more comfortable and you dont’ struggle to keep them on like regular flops. I can’t say they have reduced anything, but they definitely make walking around so much more enjoyable and you dont’ get leg fatigue as quickly. They are really cushioned, hit your foot just at the right spot to keep them on firmly, and did i mention the cushioning?
i’m 4 months pregnant now and i even wear them with my bathrobe on the tile floor because they make standing and getting ready so much more comfortable now than the hard floor itself.
They certainly aren’t as cute as all my other flops (hello, i still love you and wear you occasionally!), but if they now come in fun sparkly ones rather than black or red, i’m in!
Has anyone heard of RYN Footwear that is really big in Europe right now? http://www.rynshoes.co.uk … It looks similar to MBT but claims to have better stability and energy return. Does anyone know where I can buy RYN Footwear in the United States?
We are now selling RYN Footwear online at http://www.FeetFirstFitness.com and at Feet First in Boca Raton, Florida.
The demand for RYN shoes & RYN sandals is so high here that many styles were already sold out before our first shipment had even arrived!
