Rue La La VIP Code
We’ve mentioned various web sites that tout designer labels for less, and I am a big fan of Gilt Groupe myself but I have recently become a member and fan of Rue La La, a new invitation-only private sale site that sells current season men’s, women’s, and children’s clothing and accessories (think: Yves Saint Laurent, Nicole Miller, Cynthia Steffe, Rich & Skinny), as well as home and beauty products at 30%-80% below retail. There are three sales a week and each sale lasts two days, so there is always something new. There is currently a waiting list to join the site, but lucky for you, we have a special code that will get you immediate access. Be careful with Rue La La, I had a bad experience with them recently. They have TERRIBLE customer service and are not at all accomodating. I would choose Hautelook or Gilt instead of them.
I also had a horrible service with their customer service- very unaccommodating.
My order took well over 3 weeks to arrive (5-9 business days is what they advertise) and the best they could do was refund shipping costs- and that was after 30 minutes on the phone.
They also make you pay for return shipping- they should follow the lead of shoes.com and offer free shipping.
Not worth the trouble. I’m trying Gilt Groupe.
I also had a horrible service with their customer service- very unaccommodating.. Joshua Kelly was rude and inssistant that he was the be all and end all and that he was the ONLY person to speak with about the issue I had. I was told prior to the purchse that I made that I’d be able to return the item. However when I went to return the item, it had become final sale and they would not allow me to return the item. The issue started when my item came late as well and started on Decmeber 16th and it is now the 2nd and I was finally able to talk to a very rude JOSHUA KELLY!
